Observer Food Monthly: chocolala praline comes top of its class. HOORAY

Still catching up on last year… chocolala appeared in November’s Observer Food Monthly, and did rather well in their chocolate taste test.
The adjudicator was chef and restaurateur, Mourad Mazouz, and the test was organised with different product categories (one for plain chocolate bars, another for milk chocolate, chocolate gingers, champagne truffles etc).
Unfortunately, most of the chocolates in our regular selection didn’t sit to easily within their categories… except for the one testing Chocolate Pralines.
We came top of the category, and Mourad Mazouz’s comments were:
This breaks wonderfully – the centre is rich and gooey and it’s very delicate. Just the right size, too. The best by a long way.
4 stars
We’re pretty pleased with that.
