Collection from Dumfriesshire
If it’s easy for you to get to Sanquhar in Dumfriesshire, you can pick up your chocolates rather than have them posted to you. There are a number of advantages to this:
- It’s cheaper! — there are no postage costs, so each regular tin is £2 cheaper than the standard price.
- You can pick them up at a time convenient to you.
- There’s no chance of your chocolates getting lost or damaged in the post.
How do I tell you I want to collect?
It’s dead easy. When you view your shopping basket, you will see a section called shipping options. Just click the ‘collect’ button. That’s it. Then carry on through to the checkout.
How do I know when my chocolates are ready?
We’ll email you as soon as your chocolates are ready for collection — it will probably be a couple of days before the date you’ve selected.

We are open from:
- 9am–9.30pm Monday to Thursday.
- 9am–8.30pm on Friday.
- 10am–2pm at weekends.
Go in through the front door and tell the person on reception that you have come to pick up your Chocolala chocolates. You will also need to give them the name of the person who placed the order.
